Yes. The delivery company will contact you in advance and ask for delivery details. You should mention stairs, floor number, elevator availability, narrow access or any other delivery restrictions.

This depends on the product and the access conditions at the delivery location. The delivery company will contact you in advance and ask for the necessary details.

The transportation company plans deliveries daily. You will be informed of the proposed delivery day and time in advance. If it is not convenient, you must inform the company before the delivery.

If you are not available and do not inform the company in advance, an additional charge may apply.

Can I collect my online order from the warehouse?

Yes. Online orders can be collected from the warehouse after the order has been processed.

Invoices can be collected from Warehouse 4, located at Lefkosias 15, 2540 Dali, Nicosia. When collecting your invoice, you will be informed which warehouse your products should be collected from.

Invoices can be collected one working day after the day of order.

Warehouse pickup hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 16:00, and Wednesday from 12:00 to 15:00.

No. All products collected from Four Day Clearance warehouses are supplied unassembled.

No. Four Day Clearance does not offer long-term storage. You must receive or collect your order within 15 days.

Purchased items cannot remain in the warehouse for more than 15 days.

If the products are not delivered within the proposed delivery date, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded.

Are products delivered assembled?

No. All items need to be assembled.

Can I return a product if I changed my mind?

Yes. You have the right to return an online purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery or pickup, without giving a reason.

You can use the official withdrawal form or send any clear statement showing that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Products must be returned to Four Day Clearance at Gianni Kranidioti 187, 2035 Latsia, Nicosia, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, excluding public holidays.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product when returning it because they changed their mind.

The product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup. If it is not returned within this period, the company has the right not to accept the return.

Yes. If the product loses value because it was handled more than necessary to check its nature, characteristics and function, the refund may be reduced.

Returns depend on the condition of the product. If the product has been used, damaged or reduced in value beyond normal inspection, the refund may be reduced or the return may not be accepted.

If the return complies with the return policy, the refund will be made to your bank account. It may take up to 14 days to appear.
