How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost depends on the type of products ordered, the volume of the items and the delivery location. The total delivery cost appears in your basket before you complete your order.
Can I see the delivery cost before checkout?
Yes. You can see the delivery cost in your basket before completing your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 10 working days. Customers are contacted before delivery to arrange the appointment.
Where exactly is my order delivered?
Delivery is made to the entrance or ground floor entrance of the house/building at the address provided.
Will the delivery team bring the furniture inside my house or apartment?
No. Delivery is made to the entrance or ground floor entrance of the house/building. If you need extra services, you should discuss this in advance with the delivery company or Customer Service.
Do I need to mention stairs, no lift, narrow access or difficult delivery conditions?
Yes. The delivery company will contact you in advance and ask for delivery details. You should mention stairs, floor number, elevator availability, narrow access or any other delivery restrictions.
Will I need a forklift?
Can I choose my delivery day or time?
The transportation company plans deliveries daily. You will be informed of the proposed delivery day and time in advance. If it is not convenient, you must inform the company before the delivery.
What happens if I miss the scheduled delivery?
If you are not available and do not inform the company in advance, an additional charge may apply.
I have limited availability for delivery. What should I do?
Inform the delivery company when they contact you. If you tell them that you are not available on the proposed day, the company has another 10 days to arrange a new delivery appointment.
I forgot the agreed delivery time. What should I do?
The driver will call you around 30 minutes before the agreed delivery time. In case of emergency, the driver’s contact details may be shared with you.
Can delivery be made to a different location?
The delivery company will contact you in advance and ask for the delivery details. If you need delivery to a different location, mention it during that call so they can confirm if it is possible.
Can the delivery company remove or throw away my old furniture?
No. Old furniture removal or disposal is not included in the delivery service.

Can I collect my online order from the warehouse?
Yes. Online orders can be collected from the warehouse after the order has been processed.
Where is the pickup warehouse?
Invoices can be collected from Warehouse 4, located at Lefkosias 15, 2540 Dali, Nicosia. When collecting your invoice, you will be informed which warehouse your products should be collected from.
When can I collect my invoice?
Invoices can be collected one working day after the day of order.
What are the warehouse pickup hours?
Warehouse pickup hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 16:00, and Wednesday from 12:00 to 15:00.
Are warehouse pickup products assembled?
No. All products collected from Four Day Clearance warehouses are supplied unassembled.
Can you keep my items for 2–3 months if I order now?
No. Four Day Clearance does not offer long-term storage. You must receive or collect your order within 15 days.
How long can my purchased items stay in the warehouse?
Purchased items cannot remain in the warehouse for more than 15 days.
What happens if my order is not delivered within the proposed delivery date?
If the products are not delivered within the proposed delivery date, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded.
Assembly & Installation
Are products delivered assembled?
No. All items need to be assembled.
Do you offer assembly?
Yes. Assembly and installation can be arranged at an additional cost.

How much does assembly cost?
Assembly cost depends on the products and the service required. Contact the assembly provider in advance for the exact cost.
Can assembly happen on the same day as delivery?
Assembly may be arranged depending on availability and coordination with the assembly provider. Contact in advance to confirm.
Who is responsible if damage happens during assembly?
If damage occurs during assembly by an approved installer, the product may be replaced after the issue is confirmed. Damage caused by self-assembly or unauthorised installers is not covered.
Does the warranty cover damage from self-assembly?
No. Damage caused by self-assembly or unauthorised installers is not covered by the warranty.

Returns depend on the condition of the product. If the product has been used, damaged or reduced in value beyond normal inspection, the refund may be reduced or the return may not be accepted.
How long does a refund take?
If the return complies with the return policy, the refund will be made to your bank account. It may take up to 14 days to appear.
