Collection of Your Original Invoice

Your order confirmation email is not your original invoice.

Your original invoice will be available for collection from Warehouse 4 on the next working day after your order is placed.

Opening Hours

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 – 16:00
• Wednesday: 12:00 – 15:00

Your original invoice is required to collect your order.

When you collect your invoice, it will indicate which warehouse your products are stored in.

• If your products are in Warehouse 4, you can collect them immediately.
• If your products are stored in another warehouse (Warehouse 1–10), the invoice will specify the correct warehouse for collection.

Please note: All products collected from our warehouses are supplied unassembled.
